Why Migration Diplomacy Matters

No state today designs its foreign policy without considering mobility. No labour market is shaped without migrant workers. No regional bloc negotiates its future without grappling with movement across its borders.
MDA's work begins from a simple premise: migration is not a side-effect of policy; it is one of its central instruments. Diplomacy that ignores mobility is diplomacy negotiating in the dark.
